Zinc pressure die casting (often called zinc die casting) is a high-precision manufacturing process used to produce complex metal parts using molten zinc alloys.

Good corrosion resistance
Easy to plate, paint, or coat
Superior impact strength compared to many other die-cast metals
Limitations:-
Not suitable for very high-temperature applications
Heavier than aluminum or magnesium
Initial tooling (die) cost can be high
